Per Gruppo leader nel suo settore ed operante sui mercati internazionali ricerchiamo Marketing Manager.
Descrizione:
- Sviluppare e coordinare, in linea con il vertice aziendale, le indicazioni e le strategie di brand dellâheadquarter e le attività di marketing.
- Assicurare lâappropriata promozione e vendita del prodotto, nonchè il miglioramento dellâimmagine del brand.
- Eseguire azioni di marketing e comunicazioni off-line e on-line
- Coordinamento e la gestione di un team di collaboratori dedicati a: analizzare le sales performance del brand e dei competitors.
- Partecipare alla definizione del marketing plan e dei diversi action plan
- Reports periodici al al Direttore Comunicazione e Marketing del Gruppo
- Identificare ed analizzare i fattori che influenzano la market penetration.
- Identificare opportunità /rischi per il brand e suggerire azioni di marketing; sviluppare le politiche di brand/policy.
- Sviluppare le campagne pubblicitarie e di direct marketing; pianificare eventi e attività promozionali.
- Controllare la correttezza e lâefficacia delle attività pubblicitarie dei dealers.
Requisiti:
- Laureato/a.
- Esperienza di marketing management in realtà modernamente organizzate.
- Forte motivazione.
- Buona la conoscenza del computer e buona padronanza, scritta e parlata, della lingua inglese.
- Ottime attitudini relazionali e comunicative.
- Flessibilità , leadership, team working, forte orientamento a lavorare per obiettivi, propensione al mettersi in gioco, spiccata capacità di analisi e pianificazione.
