Within the Service BU of Leonardo Aeronautica, and specifically for the Customer Support & Services organizational unit, we are looking for an ILS Manager for the Turin Corso Francia and Pomigliano d'Arco offices. Main

Responsibilities:
- Provides support in defining the technical content of contracts;
- Provides support for the internal kick-off of relevant contracts to Sales and Contract Management;
- Ensures the execution of relevant contracts, coordinating functions to meet contractual requirements;
- Establishes operational planning of contractual requirements;
- Ensures contractual deliveries through the coordination of activities;
- Provides relevant inputs for the preparation, updating and monitoring of the Budget/Cost Plan;
- Validates the achievement of contractual obligations/milestones in coordination with the functions;
- Monitors costs and revenues/margins for relevant orders;
- Monitors planning, reporting and KPIs for relevant contracts;
- Prepares the plan for revenue-generating orders (COR);
- Defines, in concurrence with the Risk Manager, the risks associated with the contract and their allocation/release if necessary;
- Convenes and conducts periodic Program Reviews of relevant programs with the support of the reference Contract Manager.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Diploma with equivalent experience. Seniority: Expert Technical knowledge and

skills:
- Experience in coordinating technical activities;
- Proficiency in ASD specifications (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L) for managing manuals, spare parts catalogs and logistical analysis;
- Ability to manage post-sales support contracts, monitoring the supply chain and maintenance services;
- Monitoring of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety to optimize aircraft life cycles;
- Management of aircraft configuration and incorporation of technical modifications into the support system;
- Planning of spare parts requirements and repair management. Behavioral

- Ability to represent customer needs (Air Forces) within the company and vice versa;
- Aptitude for managing sudden criticalities that ground the aircraft (AOG
- Aircraft On Ground);
- Ability to coordinate heterogeneous teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics) to achieve contractual KPIs;
- Effective Communication: ability to draft high-level reports and conduct meetings with institutional and military stakeholders;
- Negotiation
