Job Title - Help Desk Support

Location – Bari, Italy

Mode of Work – Onsite (5 Days in a Week)

Type of Hiring – Permanent

Language – Italian and English (Fluent)

Mandatory Skills:

IT Service desk Experience working in ServiceNow proficient in English and Italian

Job Description:

- Min 1 -3 Years of Experience in IT Service desk
- Excellent communications skills
- Knowledge in Active Directory Office365 Windows client troubleshooting Network Monitoring tools
- Excellent ITIL knowledge
- Work experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting
- Should be proficient in English and Italian
