Il/La candidato/a farà parte del Team Sales di Field e, riportando all'Area Manager Sud, avrà le seguenti aree di responsabilità:

Area Elaborazione, implementazione e monitoraggio dei Piani Cliente

- Analisi assortimento
- Gestione delle promozioni
- Conoscenza e sviluppo della distribuzione
- Implementazione politiche di prezzo
- Espositori e visibilità nei punti vendita
- Sviluppo del conto economico
- Analisi dei dati di sell out

Area Gestione del cliente

- Gestione operativa clienti (fatture, pagamenti, materiali, ciclo ordini, report)
- Responsabile del forecasting per i clienti assegnati

Area Contratti

- Coinvolgimento dei NAM nella gestione dei clienti
- Supervisione dell'attuazione dei contratti nazionali

Area Budget

- Presidio del budget commerciale per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Implementazione dei contratti e budget in periferia

Area Presidio del Punto di Vendita

- Presidio dei punti vendita con alto potenziale

Area Collaborazione Cross-Funzionale

- Condivide informazioni di mercato con colleghi e funzioni aziendali
- Porta l'expertise aziendale su consumatore, shopper e category ai clienti
- Collabora con NAM e Trade Marketing

Le categorie seguite saranno sia il mondo dei continuativi che stagionali, questo rende l'attività diversificata e altamente dinamica.

Requisiti:

- Preferibile laurea in ambito economico
- Esperienza nel ruolo e preferibilmente nel settore alimentare (di almeno 5 anni)
- Conoscenza dei clienti del Canale GDO
- Gestione del Conto Economico di cliente
- Capacità di gestire lo stress e le urgenze in maniera bilanciata e solida
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
- Residenza in Puglia e flessibilità nella gestione delle trasferte
