Project Engineer – Capital Projects

Manpower ricerca risorsa da inserire a tempo determinato in azienda farmaceutica con sede ad Anagni. La risorsa supporterà la gestione di progetti di investimento in ambito industriale/farmaceutico, lavorando a stretto contatto con figure senior e team multidisciplinari.

Il ruolo

La risorsa contribuirà alle attività di progetto lungo le diverse fasi, supportando il coordinamento tecnico e operativo e acquisendo progressivamente autonomia nella gestione dei progetti.

Principali attività

• Supporto alle attività di gestione dei progetti di investimento, dalle fasi iniziali fino alla chiusura: avvio, studio di fattibilità, progettazione, esecuzione, commissioning & qualification, handover e chiusura

• Collaborazione alla preparazione di documentazione tecnica e di progetto

• Supporto al monitoraggio dell’avanzamento dei progetti in termini di sicurezza, tempi e costi

• Applicazione delle procedure aziendali e delle normative di riferimento (GMP, FDA, sicurezza) con il supporto del team

• Collaborazione con funzioni interne (produzione, qualità, HSE) e con fornitori esterni

• Partecipazione alle riunioni di progetto e supporto alle attività di coordinamento

Requisiti

• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ambito ingegneria, project support o attività tecniche in contesti industriali o manifatturieri

• Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica, Meccanica o Elettrica

• Interesse per la gestione di progetti e per il contesto industriale/farmaceutico

• Buona capacità di lavorare in team e di organizzare le attività

Competenze richieste

• Conoscenza di base delle normative GMP e dei principali standard di sicurezza

• Buone capacità comunicative e di collaborazione

• Attitudine all’apprendimento e al problem solving

• Inglese (B2)
