La società nostra cliente è una realtà giovane e dinamica attiva nel settore dell’efficientamento energetico. Per il potenziamento della struttura ricerchiamo un* Project Manager con solida esperienza nella gestione di progetti fotovoltaici.

Project Manager – Settore Fotovoltaico – H25608

Sede di lavoro: Milano

La risorsa, a riporto dell’Head of Project Management, sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

- Gestione completa delle commesse, dalla pianificazione alla messa in servizio, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi (gestione del progetto dal contratto alla consegna dell’asset).
- Coordinamento di progettisti, fornitori e subappaltatori, con supervisione delle attività di cantiere.
- Relazione costante con clienti e stakeholder per garantire l’avanzamento e la qualità dei progetti.
- Controllo economico delle commesse e verifica della conformità normativa e di sicurezza.
- Gestione delle imprese subappaltatrici e dei team esterni, coinvolti nella messa in opera e servizio degli impianti FV.

Requisiti

- Laurea in Ingegneria elettrica, energetica o gestionale
- Esperienza di 4-6 anni nella gestione di progetti e nella pianificazione delle risorse nel comparto delle energie rinnovabili, con preferenza in ambito fotovoltaico, preferibilmente in contesti ESCO o EPC.
- Conoscenza delle normative FER e dei meccanismi di incentivazione (es. autoconsumo, PPA, CER).
- Ottima capacità di gestione economica dei progetti e familiarità con modelli finanziari.
- Esperienza con software di project management (MS Project, Primavera) e simulazione (PVsyst) costituisce titolo preferenziale.
- Capacità di leggere e interpretare schemi elettrici, unifilari e layout
- Inglese fluente
- Completano il profilo: eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, di gestione del tempo e forte orientamento all'obiettivo; capacità di negoziazione e leadership.
