About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing — a strategic and hands‑on leader who can turn organic traffic, content, and analytics into a predictable growth engine. You’ll own Featherless’s growth stack end‑to‑end: web presence, SEO, analytics, paid experimentation, and conversion funnels — and help coordinate the full website rebrand and relaunch. Your mission: grow qualified traffic and convert awareness into activation.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate the full website rebrand (UX, copy, and performance) with internal and external partners
- Define and execute Featherless’s SEO and keyword strategy
- Build and manage analytics + attribution systems (GA4, PostHog, Supabase, Looker)
- Optimize signup, activation, and retention funnels with data‑led experiments
- Run small, high‑impact paid campaigns to test messaging
- Collaborate with DevRel on content strategy
- Report weekly on growth KPIs — traffic, conversion, activation, churn

What you bring

- 3–7 years in growth or digital marketing (developer tools, or infra preferred)
- Proven experience owning growth strategy across SEO, paid, and analytics
- Strong command of GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console, Looker, or similar tools
- Analytical and experimental — you define KPIs, test hypotheses, and ship fast
- Collaborative across engineering, design, and product teams
- Bonus: led a brand or website redesign project
- Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or developer platforms
