About the Role We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing — a strategic and hands‑on leader who can turn organic traffic, content, and analytics into a predictable growth engine. You’ll own Featherless’s growth stack end‑to‑end: web presence, SEO, analytics, paid experimentation, and conversion funnels — and help coordinate the full website rebrand and relaunch . Your mission: grow qualified traffic and convert awareness into activation.
