**Head of Marketing Lung Cancer**

As a **Head of Marketing Lung Cancer** in Italy, you will play a pivotal role to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives and contribute to the business strategy at national level.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**

Reporting to the Head of Franchise, you will manage all marketing activities of the assigned products to support company objectives, you will conduct analyses of the market segment, including identification of key growth drivers, opportunities and risks incorporating results of analysis into product strategy.

The role broadly includes the following key components:

- Lead development of brand strategy and marketing plans for assigned portfolio in the TA, which may include distribution channel solutions
- Lead and develop the brand team including but not limited to performance management, talent management and career development
- Participate in and evaluates market research and analyses promotions, public relations, and advertising associated with assigned brands/products
- Work closely with direct-to-consumer and managed markets teams to ensure successful positioning
- Work closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities/issues
- Manage the financial processes and TA forecast working with the Finance Business Partner
- Participate in development of training for field/customer service personnel on brand information
- Manage all activities and Account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA or equivalents
- Previous experience in Onco-Hematology
- Significant and relevant experience (minimum 5 years) in both a sales and marketing roles
- Solid experience in people management
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team, communication, budget management, presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated Strategic thinking & business acumen
- Experience in developing a strategy and executing on that strategy
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Understanding of stakeholder needs to guarantee the implementation of the brand strategy
- Innovation mindset & influence capabilities
- Focused on results and risk-taking approach
- English language knowledge

**DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Medical Experience is a plus
- Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team or Managed Markets
