Your focus will be on business development and commercial execution, identifying new opportunities while nurturing talent for future leadership roles within the company. Key responsibilities include ensuring sales forecasts are met or exceeded, Launches Preparation, Execution Excellence, KEEs management, leading, inspiring and motivating FLMs, priorities and targets setting, coaching and mentoring of the FF, managing operational budgets regionally, collaboration with Brand Teams to optimize resource allocation. As a member of the Leadership Team of the Lung Franchise contribute to the culture, strategy and Go to market evolution in a high complexity marketplace scenario.
