Manpower ricerca per importante azienda cliente del settore automobilistico un: Customer Experience Specialist La risorsa dovr avere con una solida esperienza in ruoli che prevedono interazione diretta con i clienti, preferibilmente nel retail o in settori focalizzati sul servizio e gestire le richieste dei clienti risolvendo problematiche e reclami attraverso diversi canali (telefono, email, chat) REQUISITI Ottime capacit comunicative e un forte orientamento ai risultati, eccellendo in situazioni di forte stress e garantendo un’accoglienza personalizzata a ogni cliente. Familiarit con piattaforme CRM è un plus, insieme a un approccio proattivo e alla flessibilit . Gradita l’esperienza in negozi retail o call center. Orientamento ai risultati, empatia, capacit di ascolto, mentalit orientata al cliente. Orario di lavoro: 9:30 – 18:30 (da lunedì a domenica). 5 giorni lavorativi + 2 giorni di riposo (a rotazione e non consecutivi, in base alle esigenze). Luogo di lavoro: zona limitrofa a Magenta Si offre contratto iniziale di tre mesi con possibilit di proroga.
