With over 3,000 employees, we help more than 25 million students reach their potential.**Your role**As **Sales Data Manager**, you will be the go-to person for managing, analyzing, and optimizing sales data to support strategic decisions and improve commercial performance. You will work closely with the Sales & Logistics team and collaborate with Finance and Marketing to ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness.Your responsibilities will include:* Managing adoptions and sales data flows and ensuring data integrity across company systems* Analyzing trends, KPIs, and performance to provide actionable insights for commercial strategies* Preparing reports and dashboards for management and operational teams* Collaborating with the Sales team to optimize forecasting and planning processes* Supporting pricing, promotions, and campaign initiatives through data analysis* Ensuring data compliance with company policies and applicable regulations* Coordinating projects to improve reporting systems and tools* Working with local and international teams to standardize processes and share best practices**What we expect from you*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related fields* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or similar roles* Strong knowledge of BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL)* Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations* Attention to detail and commitment to data quality* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams* Understanding of sales and logistics processes* Fluent in Italian and English**What we offer*** A key role with direct impact on commercial performance* A dynamic environment with professional growth opportunities* Competitive salary package with bonus and benefits* The chance to contribute to innovation in the education sectorApply [here] and help us improve commercial efficiency through data-driven insights.Sanoma Learning is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion and diversity**A proposito di Sanoma Learning** Sanoma Learning è un'azienda leader nell'apprendimento europeo K12, operante in 12 paesi.
