As a Sales Manager – EV Charging Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving Alfen's growth within the Italian market. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and promoting our EV charging portfolio to a diverse range of stakeholders. This is a high-impact role where your entrepreneurial mindset will help shape the future of e-mobility in Italy. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: - Leading business development efforts for EV charging solutions in Italy. - Identifying and closing new business opportunities with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, fleet operators, municipalities, and energy providers. - Managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe to develop tailored, value-driven solutions. - Representing Alfen at industry events to strengthen our market presence and reputation. What are we looking for? We are seeking a commercially driven, results-oriented professional with a strong B2B sales background and a deep understanding of the Italian energy or infrastructure landscape. Someone with a "hunter" mindset, eager to make a tangible impact on the future of mobility and energy. To be successful in this role, you should bring: - A proven track record in B2B sales — preferably in EV charging, energy, or infrastructure. - Strong knowledge of the Italian market, including relevant regulations and industry players. - Excellent communication skills in Italian (native/fluent) and professional proficiency in English. - An autonomous, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for innovation and sustainability. - Willingness to travel 25–50% across Italy.
