Order-to-Cash Manager
The O2C Manager manages the order-to-cash financial cycle, ensuring accurate revenue management, compliance, and efficient SAP S/4HANA transition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage O2C strategy, focusing on order management, invoicing, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606) and OTC regulations.
- Lead O2C financial process redesign for SAP S/4HANA migration (SD, FSCM modules).
- Monitor financial KPIs (e.g., DSO, billing accuracy) and improve processes through automation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of O2C experience ideally in consumer health, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
- Expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA; CRM experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance in OTC operations.
- Proven leadership and virtual team management skills.
