Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or CFA preferred. 7+ years of O2C experience ideally in consumer health, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals. Expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA; CRM experience a plus. Strong knowledge of financial compliance in OTC operations. Proven leadership and virtual team management skills.
