Order-to-Cash Manager The O2 C Manager manages the order-to-cash financial cycle, ensuring accurate revenue management, compliance, and efficient SAP S/4 HANA transition. Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage O2 C strategy, focusing on order management, invoicing, and collections.Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606) and OTC regulations.Lead O2 C financial process redesign for SAP S/4 HANA migration (SD, FSCM modules).Monitor financial KPIs (e.g., DSO, billing accuracy) and improve processes through automation. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or CFA preferred.7+ years of O2 C experience ideally in consumer health, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.Expertise in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA; CRM experience a plus.Strong knowledge of financial compliance in OTC operations.Proven leadership and virtual team management skills.
