Deine Aufgaben Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des unternehmensweiten Data-Governance-Frameworks Sicherstellung der Compliance mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und strategischen Zielen Verantwortung für die Leitung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Data-Governance-Projekten Definition und Überwachung von Data-Quality-Regeln in Zusammenarbeit mit IT und Business Entwicklung von Standards und KQIs, um eine hohe Datenqualität zu gewährleisten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (z. B. GDPR, DAMA) Aufbau und Pflege von Richtlinien sowie Einführung moderner Governance-Tools (z. B. Microsoft Purview) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Data Architects zur Abstimmung von Governance und Datenmodellierung Womit du uns überzeugst Technisches Studium oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Governance, idealerweise in Banken, Finanz- oder Versicherungsunternehmen Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Datenprojekte (z. B. Data Platform, ETL-Architekturen). Fundierte Kenntnisse in Data-Governance-Praktiken (Katalogisierung, Lineage, Glossar, Qualitätsregeln) Erfahrung mit Tools wie Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica Vertraut mit Datenschutz- und Governance-Standards (z. B.
