Lavoropiu, filiale di Roma, cerca n1 Maintenance Supervisor, la risorsa supporta tutte le attività di manutenzione per massimizzare l'operatività dell'impianto, gestendo inventario, reclutamento, affidabilità attrezzature e programmi preventivi/predittivi/correttivi.
Coordina il team per garantire sicurezza, produzione, qualità e costi; prepara turni, migliora metodi, sviluppa procedure, supervisiona riparazioni (meccaniche, elettriche, idrauliche, pneumatiche, utility come caldaie e refrigerazione ammoniaca), forma sul safety, analizza downtime e collabora con responsabili.
Requisiti:
Istruzione: diploma tecnico o laurea.
Esperienza: 5+ anni in manutenzione industriale; sistemi TPM, meccanica/elettrica/idraulica/pneumatica/utility (caldaie, ATEX, refrigerazione ammoniaca).
Competenze: gestione team/sistemi manutenzione; organizzazione, problem-solving, comunicazione (anche inglese); conoscenza PC (Excel/Word); certificazioni preferibili (elettrica H2/HC/B2V/BC/BR)
