Our clients include landowners, businesses, and institutions that host telecom equipment. By purchasing their future lease income, we help them unlock immediate value, reduce long-term risk, and gain clarity over their assets.

How You Will Contribute

As Finance Manager for TIP Italy, you will manage day-to-day finance operations for our Italian entities and line manage a Finance Assistant. You will work independently while having strong support from our global finance team.

You will:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and management accounts for review with the Country Leader and submission to Group Finance.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT, payroll, and employee expenses.
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments.
- Support cash flow management and forecasts.
- Work with local accountants and auditors to meet Italian statutory and tax deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with TIP Group financial controls and policies.
- Serve as the local point of contact for finance matters while collaborating with the global finance team.
- Line manage and support a Finance Assistant, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately, monitor team performance, and support professional development within the finance team.
- Promote effective team communication and workflow, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

About You

You are reliable, structured, and detail-focused. You enjoy managing processes independently, but also value being part of a supportive international team. You have experience managing a small finance team and understand how to balance operational delivery with staff development.

Your background includes:

- Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Italian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Experience with AP, AR, VAT, and payroll.
- Experience managing a small team, including delegation, supervision, and staff development.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
- Proactive approach and good communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English to a professional working standard (Italian for statutory reporting; English for global collaboration).
- You appreciate clear communication, shared responsibility, and practical problem-solving.
