We're now looking for a Head of Product Development to join our Sportswear Lifestyle division in Milan.
Role Summary
Responsible for leading the product development function for the Sportswear division. The role ensures products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance, quality, and market requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the product development strategy and roadmap for the Sportswear category.
Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept to market launch.
Work closely with design, merchandising and supply chain to deliver products on schedule and within cost targets.
Translate market insights, athlete feedback, and performance data into product requirements.
Monitor trends, technologies, and materials relevant to the sports market.
Manage and develop the product development team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
Track and report key performance metrics such as timelines, costs, quality, and product margins.
Oversee product testing and validation to ensure performance standards are met. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product development, preferably in sports, performance, or outdoor products.
Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product lifecycle management.
Proven ability to deliver products to market within time and cost constraints.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Key Competencies
