As a leading global player in the international sports equipment industry, HEAD offers exciting opportunities for ambitious talents eager to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment.Attracting, developing and retaining talented individuals is essential to our continued success.We're now looking for aHead of Product Developmentto join our Sportswear Lifestyle division in Milan.Role SummaryResponsible for leading the product development function for the Sportswear division.The role ensures products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance, quality, and market requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the product development strategy and roadmap for the Sportswear category.Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept to market launch.Work closely with design, merchandising and supply chain to deliver products on schedule and within cost targets.Translate market insights, athlete feedback, and performance data into product requirements.Monitor trends, technologies, and materials relevant to the sports market.Manage and develop the product development team to ensure high performance and efficiency.Track and report key performance metrics such as timelines, costs, quality, and product margins.Oversee product testing and validation to ensure performance standards are met.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.8+ years of experience in product development, preferably in sports, performance, or outdoor products.Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product lifecycle management.Proven ability to deliver products to market within time and cost constraints.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Fluent in English;additional languages are an advantage.Key CompetenciesLeadership and team managementStrategic planning and executionOperational discipline and delivery focusCollaboration across departmentsContinuous improvement mindsetSede di lavoro MilanoOrario full time dal lunedì a venerdìContratto a tempo indeterminatoRAL€******,00 + bonusBuoni pastoCCNL Industria ModaL'offerta si rivolge a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del Codice delle pari opportunità D.Lgs.11 aprile ****, N. 198 e ss.Mm.Ii.HEAD WATERSPORTS SPA a division of HEAD Group
