Tendering Specialist

For our offices in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Tendering and acquisition specialist to join our New Initiatives Unit (Acquisition and Tender Department). He/She will be involved in numerous activities relating to the design-execution process for projects both in Italy and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore new initiatives, tenders, calls, etc.
- Identify potential new clients
- Produce pitch presentations
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and responding to calls/ tenders
- Liaise with communication department, with project teams, and contribute proactively to the development of new business opportunities
- Update and manage the internal acquisition and bid database
Education:
BSc. or MSc. degree in or Architecture or Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience:
1 to 3 years work experience in the industry
Skills:
- Good knowledge of English and Italian is required, and knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
