For our offices in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Tendering and acquisition specialist to join our New Initiatives Unit (Acquisition and Tender Department). He/She will be involved in numerous activities relating to the design-execution process for projects both in Italy and abroad.Key Responsibilities:Explore new initiatives, tenders, calls, etc.Identify potential new clientsProduce pitch presentationsAssist in preparing technical proposals and responding to calls/ tendersLiaise with communication department, with project teams, and contribute proactively to the development of new business opportunitiesUpdate and manage the internal acquisition and bid database Education:BSc. or MSc. degree in or Architecture or Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (or equivalent).Experience:1 to 3 years work experience in the industrySkills:Good knowledge of English and Italian is required, and knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plusAbility to work within a multidisciplinary team About us: MIC-HUB is an international team of planners, engineers, designers and consultants, working across every aspect of mobility and transportation.
