Product Sales Expert Field – X Ray Products and Mammography

In this role, your responsibility will be to achieve, within the assigned territory, the sales targets and customer satisfaction for X Ray and Mammo Products Portfolio Solutions through your pre‑sales specialist support.
Responsibilities

Position the correct technology model based on the customer’s needs to maximize the probability of negotiation success.
Prepare offer documentation (production, collection and check) for both public and private customers, collaborating with the offering and marketing functions.
Support field sales colleagues on XP specialist related aspects, ensuring product knowledge and clinical advantage in territory T5.
Support and guarantee the definition and execution of the marketing plans for the XP products portfolio in the assigned territory.
Maintain a constant level of technical‑scientific updating.
Establish positive business relations with customers to reach sales targets.
Collaborate with corporate functions involved in the sales and customer assistance process, ensuring continuous feedback and follow‑up to all colleagues involved.
Know the market and competition, and transfer the most relevant information to the internal commercial functions through continuous updates.
Provide support at a national level if needed.

Qualifications

Sales orientation with at least 3 years’ experience as a Product Specialist in the radiological field.
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering.
Good knowledge of imaging principles and technologies.
Dynamic, with personal initiative and business‑driven attitude.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good team player and respectful of diversity.
Accuracy in the use of company procedures provided for the activity.
Proven ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to travel frequently into the assigned territories and also at the national level.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Based in Campania, Puglia or Sicilia.
Mammography clinical knowledge will be strongly appreciated.
Previous experience in the same market company.
Good knowledge of IVV Diagnostics Market and X‑Ray products.
