As part of a global team powered by Wildcat Publishing, we work on the ground in key energy markets to produce strategic business intelligence, high-end networking platforms and tailored communication solutions for the global energy industry. Our mission takes us to some of the most dynamic and fast-evolving regions in the world—including the Middle East, Africa and Latin America—depending on where our live projects are based when you join.
We’re looking for International Sales & Communications Coordinators to be stationed in those markets, working face-to-face with industry leaders, ministers and C-level executives. This is not your typical desk job—it’s a fast-paced, high-impact, globally mobile career that will give you opportunity to experience a truly international career and position you at the heart of the global energy sector.
✅ What You’ll Do :
Live and work abroad in one of our active project locations
Conduct meetings with top energy executives and government officials
Attend major energy exhibitions and industry conferences
Carry out high-level market research and produce insights on energy trends
Lead sales and communication campaigns for our flagship publications and platforms
Negotiate strategic partnerships and advertising packages with public and private sector clients
Represent The Energy Year as a key point of contact in-country
✅ What You Bring :
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international relations, communications, business, economics or any relevant field
Year-round availability to travel and relocate to emerging markets
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in multicultural environments
A self-driven attitude with confidence, independence and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and composure under pressure
1–3 years of relevant experience (new graduates with the right mindset will also be considered)
Fluent English
Additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese or French are a plus
Professional presentation and no travel restrictions
