We are looking for a digital communications coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications Team at our headquarters in Milan. The right person will take responsibility for coordinating social media content and managing all digital communication platforms.

One Works is a global design and consultancy firm offering an integrated approach to architecture, infrastructure, and urban engineering. As a studio, we are committed to creating sustainable, intuitive spaces that foster connections between people, communities, and their environments. Our goal is to enhance spaces, cities, and regions through our diverse portfolio that includes commercial real estate, mixed-use buildings, public spaces, and transport hubs around the world.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- help develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, grow following and engagement.
- together with the team, create and maintain a clear aesthetic for all our social platforms.
- help curate and manage content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
- engage with followers, respond to comments and messages effectively.
- maintain and update content on the One Works website.
- maintain and update content on all third-party platforms (ArchiLovers, World Architects, etc.)
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and practices in digital communications management.
- work experience and success in social media management and creation (2+ years).
- a strong knowledge of relevant and emerging social media platforms.
- an eye for visual storytelling.
- a good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- good English copywriting skills.
- able to multitask, manage expectations, and effectively meet deadlines.
- experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite.

**Beneficial attributes**:

- Knowledge of the architectural and built environment profession.
- Knowledge of motion graphics software and video editing.
- Knowledge of CAD/BIM and rendering software.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position and previous experience in digital communications is required. Freelance/part-time. Three days a week.
