About the role:

Client Management

  • Assists the team with the support of client accounts and projects
  • Supports relationships with clients, establishing self and the Digital team as an invaluable long-term partner for digital communications services
  • Coordinates communication with clients, ensures deadlines and service agreements adhered to
  • Supports the business development process by providing research and coordination

Digital / Social media

  • Provides social media execution and administration of related digital activity
  • Maintains and coordinates social media communities, campaigns and projects for digital clients
  • Builds relationships with account servicing to develop compelling and impactful digital content
  • Contributes to client growth and impact across the full spectrum of social media channels including, but not limited to; Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
  • Supports the digital and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects

About you:

  • A keen interest in social media and digital marketing; ideally with some internship experience or has a big appetite for learning
  • A persuasive and convincing writing style
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines
  • Ability to interact confidently with clients at a senior level
  • Creative thinking and an open minded approach
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven competency in managing a varied workload
  • Good English proficiency
