About the role:
Client Management
- Assists the team with the support of client accounts and projects
- Supports relationships with clients, establishing self and the Digital team as an invaluable long-term partner for digital communications services
- Coordinates communication with clients, ensures deadlines and service agreements adhered to
- Supports the business development process by providing research and coordination
Digital / Social media
- Provides social media execution and administration of related digital activity
- Maintains and coordinates social media communities, campaigns and projects for digital clients
- Builds relationships with account servicing to develop compelling and impactful digital content
- Contributes to client growth and impact across the full spectrum of social media channels including, but not limited to; Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
- Supports the digital and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects
About you:
- A keen interest in social media and digital marketing; ideally with some internship experience or has a big appetite for learning
- A persuasive and convincing writing style
- Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines
- Ability to interact confidently with clients at a senior level
- Creative thinking and an open minded approach
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven competency in managing a varied workload
- Good English proficiency
