We are looking for a motivated person to join our Digital Communications Team Global Regions for an **Internship in Social Media & Digital **. If you are a **Spanish native speaker **, able to create powerful content for the Spanish audience and willing to collaborate with the Portuguese team to develop social media & digital activities in the market, we are looking for you
- We want you if you have exceptional oral and written communication skills and you are able to develop engaging content. You should be a “people person” with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
- Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications for Iberia audience (Spain and Portugal).

The person will be based in Milan (Italy) and will report to the Corporate Digital Communications Lead Italy & Iberia. **A Day in the Life**
- Day to day content management of the Medtronic Corporate digital channels belonging to Iberia countries (Spain and Portugal): development of specific content in Spanish and coordination of translation/adaptation for Portuguese audience.
- Creation of engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts and coordination of its distribution by networking with key-resources in the market (Human Resources, business key contacts and other relevant people in the network).
- Response to comments and customer queries in a timely manner and in accordance with Global Social Media Policies and SOPs.
- Set up and implementation of social media and communication campaigns in line with the corporate communications strategies.
- Monitoring and reporting user feedback and online reviews.
- Updating the corporate section of Spanish and Portuguese Medtronic websites, in accordance with global messaging and strategies.
- Organizing and managing community building events and boosting brand awareness.
- Staying up-to-date with digital technology trends.

**Must Haves**
- Spanish native speaker, fluent in English and Italian.
- University degree in (Digital) Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing or similar.
- Minimum 1 year of Social Media Management or Social Care management (company live chat, FAQ forum) hands on experience: definition of customer cluster and managing flow, follow up and performance management in social care management, direct experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, PostPickr etc.
- Confidence with Web Monitoring & Analytics (es. Google Trends, Google Analytics)
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally
- User first approach: focusing on customer needs, paying attention to requests and timings
- Tech lover: confident in managing planning and control tools, digital reporting

- Team working leadership, with a proactive approach towards networking in the digital and remote ecosystem
- Time management, precision and attention to detail gathered in wide companies
