The team you will be a part of

You will be part of the Corporate and Consumer Communications team within Beko Europe, focusing on supporting internal communication activities across multiple European markets and the Europe region as a whole. The team works closely with the senior leadership team as well as HR, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, foster engagement, and strengthen Beko Europe's brand culture and values.

This role in summary

As an Internal Communications Intern, you will support the planning, creation, and delivery of internal communication initiatives across Beko Europe. You will help ensure that all employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's strategy, vision, and values as well as the latest news and initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting the preparation and distribution of internal newsletters, corporate announcements and engagement initiatives.
  • Assisting in the management and content creation for the internal online intranet platform Beko Europe BeHome.
  • Helping organize internal events, campaigns, and town halls (local and regional).
  • Supporting the development of communication materials (presentations, visuals, texts, videos).
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather content and success stories.
  • Liaising with marketing and design agencies to create content
  • Monitoring engagement metrics and assisting in preparing performance reports.
  • Providing general support to the Corporate Communications team in daily operations.

Minimum requirements

  • Currently studying a master's degree in Communication, Media Relations, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Previous internship or university project in corporate or internal communications.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and/or video editing.
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce).
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international and dynamic environment.
  • Confidence to present ideas
