REQUISITI RICHIESTI
- Esperienza pregressa e comprovata come Sous Chef o Capo Partita in ristoranti con menù alla carta.
- Passione per la cucina, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio.
- Ottime capacità di gestione dello stress e problem solving in contesti ad alto volume.
- Doti di leadership e capacità di motivare e coordinare un team.
- Flessibilità oraria per coprire turni serali e l'intera fascia weekend.
- Preferibile l'essere automunito data la collocazione e gli orari serali.

L'OFFERTA
- Contratto: Part-time 30 ore settimanali.
- Orario di Lavoro: Focalizzato sui turni serali e sui weekend (sabato e domenica).
- Riposo: 2 giorni di riposo a settimana.
LE TUE ATTIVITÀ
Il Sous Chef affiancherà l'Executive Chef, garantendo l'eccellenza in cucina. Le principali responsabilità includono:
- Gestione della linea e supervisione del servizio durante i turni serali e del weekend, con focus sulla cucina con menù alla carta.
- Mantenimento degli elevati standard di qualità, presentazione e pulizia.
- Coordinamento e formazione della brigata in assenza dello Chef.
- Assicurare il pieno rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie (HACCP)
