Per il ristorante McDonald's di Portogruaro (VE) siamo alla ricerca di:
Restaurant Manager - Addetto/a Ristorazione
Caratteristiche richieste per il ruolo di Crew: approccio multitasking, flessibilità, gestione del tempo e spiccato orientamento al Cliente. Tipicamente l’attività si divide tra cucina e sala ristorante, è prevista una formazione specifica in tutte le posizioni.
Caratteristiche richieste per il ruolo di Manager: apertura e collaborazione, doti di leadership per contribuire alla crescita della squadra. Principali attività: durante il turno, il/la Manager gestisce l’organizzazione del ristorante, incluse attività di logistica e approvvigionamento. Organizza la formazione dei nuovi inserimenti, seguendone e valutandone le performance. Ha la responsabilità dei turni e della qualità del servizio, dell’accoglienza e della soddisfazione dei clienti.
Requisiti
Requisiti Manager:
- Esperienza continuativa (almeno un anno) in azienda, specialmente se con qualche tipo di responsabilità o gestione di team di lavoro;
- Flessibilità oraria;
- Predisposizione alla leadership.
Requisiti Addetto/a alla Ristorazione (Crew):
- Ottime doti relazionali;
- Diploma di scuola media superiore;
- Orientamento al lavoro di squadra;
- Flessibilità e disponibilità oraria in base alle esigenze organizzative.
