Il Gruppo Alajmo sta cercando una/un Assistant Restaurant Manager a Venezia.
**Mansioni**:
Organizzare e coordinare le attività di cucina e sala, creando un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativo.
Monitorare gli approvvigionamenti di materie prime, pianificando ordini e produzioni in modo efficiente.
Assistenza al Restaurant Manager e sua sostituzione durante la sua assenza.
Responsabilità dell'accoglienza e della sistemazione degli ospiti.
Consulenza agli ospiti nella scelta delle pietanze o delle bevande. Requisiti:
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo.
Conoscenze gastronomiche ed enologiche.
Professionalità nel servizio clienti.
Capacità comunicative e relazionali.
Attenzione ai dettagli.
**Luogo di lavoro**: Venezia (VE)
**Contratto offerto**:
Full time su 5 giorni di lavoro e 2 di riposo.
