Il Responsabile del Servizio ha le seguenti responsabilità: - Presidia l’accoglienza e l’assistenza ai clienti; - Ascolta i suggerimenti e risponde ai reclami dei clienti; - Coordina il personale front-line, assegnando responsabilità e dando indicazioni operative in merito alle attività quotidiane; - Garantisce che tutti i turni e le postazioni di lavoro siano coperti, sostituendo prontamente le assenze inaspettate; - Risolve questioni e problemi operativi di routine, facendo riferimento allo Store Manager per questioni più complesse; - Applica le procedure aziendali e le verifica, erogando formazione al personale e garantendone il costante rispetto da parte di tutti i dipendenti; - Suggerisce proattivamente allo Store Manager azioni volte a migliorare costantemente la qualità del servizio; - Gestisce l'offerta del punto vendita durante il turno di lavoro, garantendone la qualità, la completezza dell'assortimento e i criteri espositivi assegnati; - Effettua gli ordini, garantendo che il punto vendita sia costantemente rifornito con adeguate quantità di prodotto - Gestisce il fondo cassa per il cambio della moneta, assicurandosi che le postazioni di cassa ne siano costantemente rifornite; - Ha la responsabilità dei ricavi e dell'accuratezza delle registrazioni di cassa nell'ambito del turno gestito e in contestuale assenza dello Store Manager; - Effettua gli inventari, riferendo i relativi dati allo Store Manager e anche inserendo i dati inventariali nel sistema gestionale; - Supporta l'attività operativa del punto vendita, qualora le circostanze lo richiedano. - Diploma di maturità alberghiera o formazione equivalente; - Eccellente conoscenza dei processi F&B; - Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo di Assistant Restaurant Manager in aziende strutturate; - Ottimo presidio della lingua inglese; - Costituirà titolo preferenziale aver maturato esperienze analoghe all’estero nel mondo della ristorazione e del mondo aeroportuale in genere. **Sede di lavoro** : Aeroporto di Venezia NON SARANNO PRESE IN CONSIDERAZIONE CANDIDATURE NON PROVENIENTI DAL MONDO F&B
