Per il Ristorante OLD WILD WEST di VENEZIA stiamo ricercando un ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER.
La persona selezionata, dopo un adeguato periodo di formazione finalizzato ad acquisire gli strumenti e le competenze necessarie a svolgere il ruolo, si occuperà dell'operatività di tutte le attività della sala/banco bar/cassa e pagamenti, supporterà il Restaurant Manager nella gestione del personale e dei turni, nella predisposizione degli ordini di acquisto del locale e supervisionerà il corretto svolgimento del turno.
