About the Role
An international industrial company is seeking an IT Operations Supervisor to ensure the reliability, security, and smooth operation of its local IT infrastructure.
This role is hands-on and operational, with strong autonomy, and acts as a key local contact for IT services and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT technical support to employees
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment, servers, and local network infrastructure
- Ensure IT systems security and compliance with internal standards
- Support the implementation of IT projects and upgrades
- Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Assist in IT planning and operational prioritization
- Support and guide interns or junior IT resources when applicable
Profile Sought
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or support
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and IT security
- Ability to diagnose issues and act independently in operational contexts
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
- English required
