Travelfun è un tour operator digitale specializzato in viaggi sportivi di gruppo ed individuali, dal calcio al basket, dai motori agli sporti di racchetta. Ci occupiamo di organizzare viaggi coinvolgenti e indimenticabili per appassionati, e ora siamo alla ricerca di un Travel Designer / Booking Agent con esperienza nella progettazione e gestione operativa di viaggi su misura e gruppi.
Cosa farai:
Progettazione e organizzazione viaggi su misura (individuali e di gruppo)
Gestione dell’intero flusso di prenotazione: voli (prenotazioni aeree tramite portali B2 B / GDS / tool dedicati), hotel, trasferimenti, servizi a terra e attività
Gestione dei rapporti con fornitori e partner
Utilizzo dei i principali tool di prenotazione e sistemi operativi del settore
Chi cerchiamo:
Esperienza nella pianificazione di viaggi in organizzazione (no intermediazione) e nella gestione delle prenotazioni
Conoscenza delle piattaforme di prenotazione e abilità nel gestire richieste multiple in tempi stretti.
Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
Abitudine a gestire più pratiche in contemporanea e a rispettare scadenze
Attitudine al lavoro in team, ma anche autonomia operativa
Buona padronanza degli strumenti digitali
