We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort at Torre del Barone Resort & Spa for the upcoming 2026 season. The role involves organizing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plans housekeeping operations based on occupancy and service needs
- Supervises housekeeping team and ensures quality and efficiency
- Monitors room readiness and cleanliness standards across all areas
- Coordinates with Front Office and Maintenance for timely interventions
- Manages inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Participates in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Implements hygiene protocols and ensures compliance with safety standards
- Leads department meetings and collaborates with other teams
- Controls costs and monitors departmental budget and productivity
- Reviews operational reports and guest feedback
- Works toward guest satisfaction targets and cleanliness review scores

Requirements:

- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards
- Familiarity with property management systems and housekeeping software
- Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
