We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort at Torre del Barone Resort & Spa for the upcoming **** season.The role involves organizing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience.Key Responsibilities:- Plans housekeeping operations based on occupancy and service needs- Supervises housekeeping team and ensures quality and efficiency- Monitors room readiness and cleanliness standards across all areas- Coordinates with Front Office and Maintenance for timely interventions- Manages inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies- Participates in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations- Implements hygiene protocols and ensures compliance with safety standards- Leads department meetings and collaborates with other teams- Controls costs and monitors departmental budget and productivity- Reviews operational reports and guest feedback- Works toward guest satisfaction targets and cleanliness review scoresRequirements:- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards- Familiarity with property management systems and housekeeping software- Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team- Excellent organizational and communication abilities- Fluency in English;additional languages are a plus- Attention to detail and commitment to excellenceWhat we offer:- Seasonal contract- Accommodation available- Career growth opportunities within the company- Dynamic and collaborative work environment- Ongoing training and access to professional development courses
