ROLE OVERVIEW

The International Marketing Senior Specialist will have the resp. of Brand and marketing activation in the International Markets of the Cluster ghd South-East Europe. The scope of the role includes Digital PR & Social Media (with local agencies), Consumer, Retail and Trade Marketing activations to strengthen brand awareness and business performance in these Markets

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the implementation of ghd’s global marketing strategy in new and emerging markets, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
- Develop and manage Digital PR and influencer plans to build visibility and engagement in local markets.
- Coordinate consumer and trade activations, adapting global campaigns to local needs and retail environments.
- Collaborate with local Distributors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver impactful 360° marketing plans
- Support the ghd Commercial team during the local Field and Market visits to ensure a proper execution of go to market strategy
- Monitor campaign results and market performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate all the internal processes that are linked to Brand and Marketing execution in the International Markets
- Full management of assigned BDG

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Department preferable experience in international or regional marketing roles.
- Background in Digital PR, Consumer Marketing, and Trade Marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
