Renowned for game changing innovation and superior performance, at ghd we are on a mission to transform lives with the power of a good hair day ROLE OVERVIEW The International Marketing Senior Specialist will have the resp. of Brand and marketing activation in the International Markets of the Cluster ghd South-East Europe. The scope of the role includes Digital PR & Social Media (with local agencies), Consumer, Retail and Trade Marketing activations to strengthen brand awareness and business performance in these Markets JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the implementation of ghd’s global marketing strategy in new and emerging markets, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance. Develop and manage Digital PR and influencer plans to build visibility and engagement in local markets. Coordinate consumer and trade activations, adapting global campaigns to local needs and retail environments. Collaborate with local Distributors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver impactful 360° marketing plans Support the ghd Commercial team during the local Field and Market visits to ensure a proper execution of go to market strategy Monitor campaign results and market performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness. Coordinate all the internal processes that are linked to Brand and Marketing execution in the International Markets Full management of assigned BDG KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. 4 years of experience in Marketing Department preferable experience in international or regional marketing roles. Background in Digital PR, Consumer Marketing, and Trade Marketing. Excellent communication and project management skills. Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail. Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
