Il Contesto
Il nostro Cliente è una realtà multinazionale strutturata del mondo food. Per lo stabilimento sito a sud di Roma ricerchiamo una figura da inserire all'interno della Funzione Qualità, con un ruolo chiave tra Laboratorio, Sistema Qualità e controllo delle materie prime. La risorsa opererà nel laboratorio qualità assumndone progressivamente il coordinamento, contribuendo allo sviluppo e al presidio delle attività qualitative del sito.
Il Ruolo
La risorsa sarà coinvolta direttamente nelle attività di laboratorio e di Quality Assurance, occupandosi in particolare di:
- Sviluppo, implementazione e mantenimento del Sistema di Gestione Qualità in conformità alle normative applicabili
- Supporto all'implementazione e alla revisione del sistema HACCP
- Presidio degli standard ISO e delle principali certificazioni di settore (es. ISO 17025, BRC, Gluten Free, MSC, ecc.)
- Pianificazione ed esecuzione di audit interni
- Identificazione di aree di miglioramento e gestione di azioni correttive e preventive (CAPA)
- Gestione delle non conformità e conduzione di attività di Root Cause Analysis (RCA / RTA)
- Collaborazione con Produzione, Supply Chain e altre funzioni per garantire la conformità di processi e prodotti
- Supporto alle attività di controllo e accettazione delle materie prime, verificandone la conformità ai requisiti tecnici e normativi
- Formazione e supporto operativo al personale su standard qualità, procedure e best practice
- L'attività si svolge a stretto contatto con il Laboratorio Qualità, che include analisi microbiologiche e chimiche su materie prime e prodotti finiti.
I Requisiti
- Esperienza di 5–8 anni in ambito Qualità e/o Laboratorio in contesti food o beverage
- Esperienza con laboratori accreditati ISO 17025
- Conoscenza solida di HACCP e normative alimentari
- Familiarità con sistemi qualità e certificazioni di settore
- Laurea preferibile (Biologia, Chimica, Tecnologie Alimentari o affini)
- Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese
- Approccio strutturato, orientato al miglioramento continuo, capacità di lavorare in team
