An international company in the luxury furniture and high-end design sector is seeking a visionary Chief Brand Officer (CBO) to lead its global brand strategy. Ideal for Italian or Spanish native speakers with mandatory fluency in English and extensive experience in premium design-driven environments.

The CBO will shape and elevate the brand worldwide, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and strong market relevance. Working directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams, you will position the brand as a key driver of growth, reputation, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead global brand positioning, purpose, and architecture.
- Develop integrated marketing plans and ensure consistent brand experience across markets.
- Lead brand-driven growth initiatives, leveraging insights and segmentation.
- Align brand strategy with Sales and Key Account Management to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Manage brand identity, campaigns, rebranding initiatives, and market launches.
- Build strategic partnerships with agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead and develop an international, high-performing branding team.

Requirements

- 8–10+ years in senior brand/marketing roles within luxury furniture, interiors, or high-end architectural design.
- Deep knowledge of customer insights, global segmentation, and B2B2C environments.
- Experience in matrixed international organizations.
- Strong strategic mindset, creativity, analytical skills, and leadership presence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at executive level.
