Sr. Strategy Associate

It is a hands‑on opportunity to work directly with our Head of Strategy & Growth and Founders on the most important initiatives shaping our next chapter.As our Senior Strategy Associate, you will sit at the centre of how we grow, evolve, and scale. You will help us enter new markets, refine our product offering, build the internal engine behind our wealth management platform, and unlock opportunities we have not yet imagined. This is a role where no two days look the same, where your work truly moves the business.What You’ll Actually DoRight now, we are expanding into new geographies, refining our commercial strategy, building new business lines, and strengthening how the organisation operates end‑to‑end. You will own core workstreams that directly influence these priorities.In practice, this means working on:Market mapping, competitive intelligence, and opportunity sizing across new and existing regionsDeveloping commercial strategies, business models, and go‑to‑market structuresSupporting the development of strategic partnerships and external collaborationsBuilding internal processes, workflows, and operational infrastructure to scale our platformDriving cross‑functional initiatives across Investments, Operations, and TechnologySupporting evaluation and due‑diligence efforts for new offerings and initiativesThis is not a research role. You will shape recommendations, align senior stakeholders, and then work with teams to make the strategy real.Who Thrives HereWe’re looking for someone sharp, fast‑learning, and hungry for responsibility.
