La funzione Knowledge Sharing and Quality Support garantisce l'aggiornamento e lo sviluppo continuo delle conoscenze tecniche e operative all'interno del Contact Center' sia in autonomia sia in collaborazione con Network Development' Training e/o Chief People Office' attraverso la predisposizione di adeguati piani formativi. In accordo con il Chief People Office' questa funzione presidia lo sviluppo delle conoscenze e delle competenze all'interno del Contact Center' con particolare attenzione agli aspetti comportamentali e relazionali. Pianifica ed eroga' in autonomia o su richiesta' sessioni formative periodiche o mirate su specifici argomenti' con l'obiettivo di aggiornare il personale sulle evoluzioni operative e facilitare l'onboarding dei nuovi assunti. Predispone e pubblica materiali di riferimento a supporto delle attivit quotidiane degli specialisti del Contact Center. Supporta il Contact Center Manager nella redazione di manuali tecnici di processo e nella validazione delle normative di servizio. La risorsa selezionata entrer a far parte di un team consolidato e ricever incarichi individuali da svolgere in autonomia' in base alle esigenze operative quotidiane e ad eventuali attivit straordinarie che dovessero presentarsi. Ogni membro del team condivider le proprie conoscenze e competenze nelle diverse aree richieste per fornire formazione e supporto alla qualit ' secondo le necessit dell'intero Contact Center.
