Job Overview
We are looking for an Architect ready to step up and take on new challenges. You will be based in our Rome office, leading Design Teams on a wide range of international projects and reporting directly to the Technical Director.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all architectural design phases, ensuring regulatory compliance and design quality
Oversee preliminary analyses, feasibility studies, and concept development in collaboration with consultants and authorities
Manage surveys of existing buildings and the preparation of related documentation
Supervise the production of design deliverables, from concept to construction documents, including cost estimates and permit applications
Guide the team in preparing moodboards and client presentations
Report project progress to the Technical Director and support in defining design strategies and resource planning
Provide leadership and technical support to the design team, ensuring alignment and performance
Participate in coordination meetings and manage external consultants
Support team recruitment within the design unit

Requirements

Master Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering Architecture (Master in Digital Architectural or BIM are a plus).
Registration in the Italian Architect registration Board or international equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience working as Project Leader on national and international projects
Expertise with AutoCAD, BIM - REVIT and similar softwares
Ability and experience in managing the entire construction process
Proven leadership, organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Fluency in Italian and English (others languages are a plus)
