AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is looking for a professional and experienced VIP Villa Head Waiter to join our dedicated hospitality team. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our distinguished guests in luxurious villa settings. Your expertise in fine dining service, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will be essential in creating memorable occasions for our clientele.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all dining service activities, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained

Lead the waitstaff team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure seamless operations

Coordinate and execute meal service, including setting and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest needs

Assist in the planning and execution of special events or private dining experiences

Maintain an organized and clean service area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards

Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences, customizing service to meet individual needs

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure proper timing and presentation of dishes

Manage inventory of dining supplies and assist with procurement as needed

Requirements

Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings

Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette

Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing outstanding service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends

Proficiency in wine and beverage pairings is a plus

Experience with event planning and execution is highly valued

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
