Offerta

- Eseguire interventi di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva su apparecchiature industriali.

- Installare e configurare nuove attrezzature presso i siti dei clienti.

- Fornire supporto tecnico e formazione agli operatori dei macchinari.

- Diagnostica e risoluzione di problemi tecnici complessi.

- Preparare report dettagliati sugli interventi effettuati.

- Collaborare con il team interno per migliorare i processi tecnici.

- Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza durante gli interventi.

- Assicurare la soddisfazione del cliente attraverso un servizio di alta qualità.

Competenze ed esperienza

Un Field Service Engineer di successo dovrebbe avere:

- Laurea o diploma tecnico in ingegneria o discipline correlate.

- Estrazione elettromeccanica / pneumatica

- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli tecnici nel settore dei macchinari industriali.

- Competenze nella manutenzione e nell'installazione di attrezzature industriali.

- Capacità di analisi e risoluzione di problemi tecnici.

- Disponibilità a viaggiare per interventi presso i clienti.

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
