HR Administration Junior

Franklin Electric is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administration Junior to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes, and contributing to the development of our HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices
