At ITEX, we're committed to empowering our clients to achieve their most critical projects and business goals. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in installing, maintaining, and supporting advanced dairy technology systems on farms.

You'll work directly with farmers to ensure smooth operation of our products, troubleshoot any issues, and provide training on system use. With a strong background in technical problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach, you'll be well-equipped to succeed in this hands-on role.

Afimilk, a global leader in dairy farming technology, is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of advanced dairy technology systems on farms.

The role requires a strong background in technical problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Experience with agricultural or dairy farming equipment is an advantage, but not required. This is a hands-on position with frequent travel to farm locations.

The successful applicant for the position of Field Service Engineer will be required to:

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support within the CZ Republic area and from time-to-time other EU locations
  • Participate in Global Support team training and seminars overseas
  • Provide technical training and information updates to Afimilk dealers technicians
  • Cooperate with the dealers and Afimilk sales team to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support activity reporting in the Afimilk CRM system
  • Escalate to tear 3 following the SLA defined by the HQ
  • Provide technical Support to Customers outside of North Italy when needed
  • Receive full responsibility for Synergy technical support within 6 months from start of onboarding
